Recommended Dose:

• Dryness – a pea-sized portion on dry areas 2x a day;
• Rashes – a pea-size portion on the rash areas 3x a day for 2 days, or until gone;
• Inflammation – a pea-sized portion 2x day;
• Chafing – a pea-sized portion once a day until cleared;
• Insect Bites – a pea-sized portion around the bite 2x a day.
• Minor burns – a pea-sized portion 3x a day until healed.
• Eczema – a pea-sized portion 3x a day.
• Sunburn – a pea-sized portion 2x a day on burnt skin until healed.
• For Babies – apply a small amount to affected areas 2x day, or as required.

This recommended dosage is based on small areas, for larger areas, use as required.
